135-East-of-Cala-Carril

135 Toe of the reef of the 5th-order AST (with vuggy pores by dissolution of corals) pass basinward (to the left) to proximal-talus deposits (whitish). The vuggiest portion of the wedge in the lower part of the picture corresponds to a wedge of coral debris of the fore-reef talus. In the upper part of the picture, the lower part of the reef core of successive HST is visible, prograding to the south (left). Cala Carril on the south east coast of Mallorca, Spain (Kendall and Pomar 2004).
